Cancellation Policy

Three months or more notice, no fee charged and full refund of deposit if paid.

Less than three months notice will result in loss of Deposit only.

Within 24 hours or less, the Full Tariff will be charged.

Bookings will not be accepted unless a VALID Credit Card (not Debit card) is provided at the time of booking.

We realise that emergencies occur, therefore we offer to move the booking forward / backward to another date. If this occurs, booking will be only moved ONCE. If cancellation is still necessary, the above policy will apply.
