Jade Waters is on the Esplanade right opposite the beautiful Torquay beach. We are within walking distance to shops, restaurants, takeaway food, supermarkets, clothes stores, real estate agents, banks, ATM’s, Torquay Post Office, electronics outlets and so much more.

When you stay with us here at Jade Waters you can be sure of being able to relax. We are perfectly located in the centre of Hervey Bay's foreshore. This means you are never far from anything you need and you’re right on the beachfront. When you arrive you can unpack your car and park it in your own single lock up garage and settle in to relax.

Each apartment is clean and made up ready for your stay. You don’t need to bring bath towels, sheets or any linen. All the rooms are made up with every thing you need during your stay – even tea, coffee and milk.

If you do want to leave your apartment and head out, we can arrange all your transport needs. From local taxis to private car services and even local courtesy buses can be booked from the comfort of your room or in reception.
The large private swimming pool is situated away from the hustle and bustle of the Esplanade. Laze under the shade of the palm trees, whilst the children splash around to their heart's content.
Selected upper level apartments also offer the use of a private rooftop BBQ area (for a small fee to cover cleaning). This can be arranged either when you book or after your arrive.

Our reception is a registered booking office with all local tour operators. This means we can book your next whale watch trip, 1, 2 or 3 day tour of heritage listed Fraser Island, self drive tour of Fraser Island, horse riding at local Susan River and much more. If you can think of something to do in Hervey Bay and surrounding areas, then we can certainly make all the necessary arrangements for you. Thinking of heading a little further north when you leave? Why not pre-book a guided tour of the famous Bundaberg Rum distillery before you head off.
Jade Waters love when families stay on holidays - we love seeing the smiling faces and hearing stories of fun days spent with loved ones. But perhaps you’re planning a visit to Hervey Bay for work? No problems. Our two bedroom apartments are perfect if you are travelling with a co-worker or business partner and our reception offers scan to email, printing, photocopying and facsimile services. We also offer standby and corporate rates. Please note that our office is staffed Monday - Friday from 8:30 - 5:00pm. If you are booking or arriving outside of these hours, please call to confirm your booking and make arrangements for the keys. We have an after hours on-call person who can be reached by calling our landline number, or their mobile number will be left on the front door. |
